RES Canada and Ontario Power Authority Announce Canadian Wind Projects Today Renewable Energy Systems Canada (RES Canada), an affiliate of RES Americas, both leaders in teh development and construction of wind power projects, and the Ontario Power Authority (OPA), announced development and construction of the Talbot and Greenwich Wind Farms.
