As part of continuing scientific research on understanding wind resources, the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and Second Wind Inc. have announced a partnership to characterize the performance of Second Wind’s Triton™ Sonic Wind Profiler.
